About me
Shawn is the Director of Offer Management and has been in the middle of various change initiatives at Interstates since his arrival in 2018. Currently, he's driving Industrialized Construction through product development and is involved in our manufacturing strategy. He especially enjoys being a mentor and helping others develop personally and professionally. Prior to Interstates, he worked in a variety of roles, industries, and company sizes. Outside of work, he enjoys conversations over coffee, lifting weights, riding bike, going for walks, going for drives, and taking in car shows. Shawn and his wife live in Sioux Falls and are on the verge of being empty-nesters as their 2 sons are either in college or nearly done with college.
